Our Fitness Philosophy

Achieving a balanced life and a healthy, fit body has distinct significance to each individual.  The VHC fitness philosophy recognises this.  Every component of our fitness training methods, classes, equipment and services, has been carefully considered for its purpose, effectiveness and benefit to each person.

This individualised approach sets us apart from many of the accepted methods of training.  Rather than offer a generic range of services to satisify most peoples broad needs, we have designed classes and programmes to meet our members' more specific needs.

In addition, our team of fitness advisors will design individual programs from info compiled in induction one and take you through the routine once the program is written.  Programs are then monitored and can be updated at regular intervals.  For a more advanced approach, the VHC elite team of industry leading personal trainers are also available to ensure that more specific, goal orientated aims and ambitions can be realised through their extensive knowledge, expierience and motivational skills.
